Team coaching and accountability systems

Training on new systems and automation

When a new system or automation is rolled out, people need practical training. This programme is tailored to each company based on the tools and workflows implemented — dashboards, project tools, automated communications or data flows. Training on-site or remote.

Staff and leaders who received new implementations and need hands-on training — not just a demo — until the system is part of daily work.

System walkthroughs, exercises on real tasks, troubleshooting, automation workflow documentation, and follow-up modules to ensure adoption.

Automation and training — two parts of one programme.

When Virkum implements systems, dashboards or automation, the project has two parts: implementation and training. Implementation — setup, integration and advisory — is the company’s investment. Training — teaching staff the new systems — is often eligible for reimbursement.

How does reimbursement work?

Companies paying into training funds can apply for reimbursement after delivery by submitting invoice, payment receipt and participant list. We help clients complete the process at no extra cost.
